AI automation services. The quote, drafted by AI from your own price list. You check it and send it.

I set up AI automation for small businesses, working from your price list and your documents.

Fill in the brief

In the brief, name the job that comes round every week. Then a free call, then a written quote.

Before you decide, you can try it on your own case with the prototype, a fixed €450, credited in full against the full tool if you order it in the next sixty days. No VAT added.

How the prototype works
A three-field form fills in, the tool calculates and the quote builds line by line down to the total; a “Quote ready” notification arrives and one click sends it.

Real work

Some of the work I have done for clients.

Large firms are over three times as likely to use AI. Most who hold back cite a lack of expertise.

  • 17.00%

of small EU businesses, with 10 to 49 staff, used AI in 2025. Among large ones, 55.03%.

Eurostat, Use of artificial intelligence in enterprises, data extracted December 2025

  • 70.89%

of EU businesses that considered AI but don’t use it name a lack of relevant expertise as a reason.

Eurostat, Use of artificial intelligence in enterprises, data extracted December 2025

  • 65%

of SMEs using generative AI say it helped their staff perform better.

I bring the expertise. You show me how you put a quote together today, and the tool starts from there.

The work done by hand today, ready for you to check.

  • The quote, in front of the client

Pick the options in the meeting, and the quote comes out with your prices and the total already worked out.

  • Answers from your manuals

When someone asks for a technical spec, they get the answer with the manual page it comes from.

  • PDFs straight into your system

Figures from orders, invoices and delivery notes land in the spreadsheet or management system without anyone retyping them.

  • The last word stays yours

The tool does the groundwork, and nothing reaches a client without your OK.

Start from the brief, or see it working first with the prototype.

Brief and free call

Tell me which files you work with today, even just the name of the program. After the call you get in writing what the tool would do and what it costs.

Prototype on your case, €450

Forty minutes on the phone about your work, then a first version of the tool that opens in a browser. The people who do quotes by hand today try it out, and then I tell you what the full version really needs and what it costs.

The prototype and its source files stay with you. If within sixty days you go ahead with the full tool, what you paid is deducted from its quote. If you decide not to go further, you owe nothing else. No VAT added.

Questions

What can AI automation do for a small business?

It takes over the work someone redoes by hand today. It drafts quotes from the price list, answers technical questions with the pages of your manuals, sends each email to the right person, moves figures from orders and invoices into your management system, and tells you what you sold in March without a report. We start with one of these jobs, the one that costs you the most time.

How much does AI automation cost?

From €500 to €6,000, no VAT added. It depends on how many of your company’s systems it has to connect, such as the price list, the PDFs and the management system, and whether you want me to look after it over time. The prototype has a fixed price, and you’ll find the figure for the full tool in the quote I send after the call.

Will I have to change the software I use?

Not necessarily. The tool starts from the files you already have, such as the price list in Excel or the PDFs you receive. If a program has to change, you hear it on the call, before the quote.

What if the AI gets a price wrong?

It reads prices from your price list, and no quote goes out until a person has checked it. With the prototype you test it on real cases and see where it slips, before you pay for the full version.

Where does my data end up?

Which data the tool uses and where it stays, we decide before we start, and I put it in the quote. If you need one, we sign a confidentiality agreement.

Which AI is inside?

Whichever suits the job. I choose it, so you don’t have to keep up with every release.

How much time will it save me?

That depends on how many quotes you prepare and how you do them today, so I won’t put a figure on it. The prototype shows you the tool at work on your case, and you do the sums.

Are you an AI automation agency?

Yes, and the person you talk to on the call is the one who sets up your tool and looks after it once your team uses it.

Are you an AI consultant?

That too, but I don’t stop at advice. You get the working tool, tried out by the people in your office who will use it.

Pick the job that eats up the most hours. We start there.

One job at a time, with no big-company project.

Worth knowing. The prototype costs €450, the full tool what its written quote says. No VAT added.
