Someone outside knows your company less well than the people inside it, and isn’t at the next desk. So we start with a call on what you sell, to whom and in what words, and every request after that starts from the full picture.

That depends on who you’d hire and how many suppliers you pay today. Add up salary, suppliers and the hours you spend coordinating them, then set the total against the fee. If you like, we work it out together on the call.

No. Whenever there’s a choice to make about what comes first, we talk it through on a video call, in English or in Italian. From January 2027, if your company is less than an hour’s drive from Schio, I come over in person when it helps.
