Puffy Lux mattress AI video ads

Customers’ words
Three Meta video ads for one mattress: one that surprises, one built on the longest-running ad in the category, one in the customers’ own words.
A Meta ad gets one second to stop the scroll and a few more to make the sale. For the Puffy Lux I made three 12-second video ads with AI, each with a different hook to test in paid campaigns: a match cut that takes the mattress from the snow to the desert, made in 50 minutes; a UGC video modelled on the mattress ad that has been running on Meta since 2024; and one written in the customers’ own words. Voice, music and captions are already edited in.

(The mattress ads)
On Meta, an ad that stays live for years is an ad that sells: so the second video starts from the longest-running mattress ad.
- 2.5years live for the longest-running mattress video
- 3video ads studied closely, the most seen for “mattress”
- 4.9stars out of 5 for Puffy, from over 14,000 reviews: the proof on screen
Source: Meta Ad Library, United States, search “mattress” sorted by impressions, 28/10/2026: the two most-seen mattress ads, one running since March 2024. Rating and reviews from puffy.com.
The third video is written in Puffy’s customers’ own words: the sore mornings first, then the feeling of a hug.
- «I tried mattress upon mattress upon mattress»
- «Every morning I wake up I either feel sore or I have a headache»
- «It’s like a big warm hug»
- «This is like sleeping on a cloud, but it’s supportive also»

(The match cut)
The mattress stays still in the centre while the world around it changes: a hook that works with the sound off and gets watched again.
Six scenes made with AI from the real Puffy Lux photo, with the mattress lined up frame by frame and the captions kept clear of faces.

Every shot is drawn before the video: what the voice says, the picture shows and the caption repeats.
The UGC format of the longest-running ad: the offer in the first line, the box at the door, the test, the warranty.

Before…you get to test your mattress for 180 nights and there’s a 10-year warranty.
AfterPlus, 365 nights to test it and a lifetime warranty.
The same rhythm and structure as an ad that has been selling for two and a half years, with the real facts from Puffy’s site.
The hook in the customers’ words: in one second it is clear this is about mattresses and sore mornings, then the proof and “and that’s not even the best part”.
